Particularly useful for those who have a large extended family and circle of friends who will be using the property throughout the year. Remember your subscription entitles you to all of Cornwall Concierge’s services throughout the year.



Perhaps the property is used only through the Spring and Summer…. This is the package for you with the added bonus of a ‘Property Put to Bed’ when you leave at the end of the 6 months and ‘Wake up’ service before your first arrival, a thorough spring clean inside and out and you’d be eligible to use all of our services during your stay.



This package is purely for those families who use their 2nd home during the school holidays (Summer, Easter, Christmas and the half term breaks). Cornwall Concierge prepare the property for each of your visits, cleaning, linen change, airing of the home, grocery delivery as well as any of the other services required. Families using this package may also benefit from babysitting and chauffeuring services during their stay, however all services are of course available to our School Holiday Package clients.
